Delivery

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Fusion Parties uses Royal Mail First   Class Delivery, Recorded for tractability and Royal Mail Special Delivery

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options.

Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. If you live in remote   parts of the UK and require a next-day delivery service, where possible we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your  parcel arrives on time.

Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card and paypal authorisation, Bacs is 3 working days however during busy periods such as sale or other promotions this may take longer. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 - 48 hours. All time scales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday.

Discreet Packaging

All Fusion Parties parcels are sent in plain packaging. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us - shop in confidence! 

There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel or who the sender is. Your purchase is kept 100% secret from nosy neighbours and prying postmen.

Royal Mail requires us to have a return address on your parcel. This is shown as Fusion Parties there is no way of identifying us as the sender of your parcel.

Do you do special packaging for lingerie?

To complete the ultimate luxurious shopping experience, Fusion Parties offer a complementary gift box per order over £35.00 spent on lingerie items. Fusion Parties trained staff will carefully wrap all your purchases in delicate tissue paper, completely free of charge. They will then be placed inside our customised gift box.

The gift box is placed inside a plain cardboard box with no Fusion Parties branding before despatch to ensure we don't spoil the surprise!

Please Note we are only able to offer 1 gift box per order.

If you wish your items to be wrapped separately you will need to place separate orders or buy extra boxes at £2.50 each. Unfortunately, additional gift boxes cannot be shipped separately.

What if you're out when your order arrives?

•  If you're out when the postman calls, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your parcel up from
  

• If your parcel is taken the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.
  

•  If your parcel is taken to the nearest Interlink courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us

FREE Returns - 7-Day Return Policy - It really is that simple - we're not happy until you're happy.

You can try on lingerie and sexy clothing, but please keep your own knickers on!

N.B All goods are thoroughly checked prior to posting. We regret for reasons of hygiene, our Bondage, intimate items and sex toys cannot be returned once they have been opened and will only be exchanged if they show signs of a genuine manufacturing fault within the 7 days.

How to return a product - Our returns form is here. - Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely.You do not need to return your item by recorded post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.

We don't like it, but here's the small print

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the returned item. Items must be unworn or unused, we will not accept clothing that has been soiled or laundered.
Videos and DVDs cannot be returned, so please be sure of your selection before ordering

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
